Sean...Dave is my hero. I thought today was the day the big beast in front had finally bit the bullet. But it was the breaker! However, Steven found (a few months ago) that the heat is broken and I know sometime this year I am going to have to replace that unit. can you please put together some quotes for me? I am writing to express my sincere appreciation to and gratitude for the service that I received on July 23, 2008, from your technician David. Unfortunately, I have been duped by a personal acquaintance regarding the repair of my air conditioning unit and learned that fact because of David's honesty and integrity. 

Not only was he courteous and professional, he also took the extra time to explain, and show me how the unit was not previously repaired correctly. Because of David's efficiency and thoroughness, my unit is now working as well as it is going to work, given the problems that still exist and need addressing and correcting.  However, since David's visit, my home is once again cool, the temperature is able to be regulated, and I am able to sleep at night without waking in pools of sweat.

David's service was unparralleled, in that he quickly located the issues involved, knew exactly what to do and how to do so with expediency.  He was a gentleman, very deferential, and very knowledgable.   If, as I suspect, I will be needing further servicing of my unit, it is my sincere hope that I will be allowed to request that David be dispatched to my home.  As mentioned, he was an absolute JOY and in essence, rescued me from what was turning into an almost unlivable situation.  In addition, he is now familiar with my unit and its history. Thank you again for your company's expert and professional service.  I will recommend you to all of my friends.
