After talking to two other air conditioning companies and feeling confused and pressured to spend a lot of money on a new system - I finally talked to the experts at Sean McCutcheon's. No smoke and mirrors here, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need.

I was very impressed with them, and actually did end up buying a high efficiency unit because they helped me understand what exactly what I needed. Now I will not have to worry about the AC going out in the middle of a hot summer night, and I have much lower electric bills to look forward to.

I was referred to this company from a neighbor, was pleased with the service. My AC was not cooling - they made an appointment for the next day on my schedule. The serviceman, Jason, was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain what the issue was. He fixed it for a reasonable price and quickly. He also provided me with some insight to other updates I could make to my system when I was ready to replace it (it is OLD). Overall a great experience.

Recently we purchased a short sale home that had been sitting vacant for almost 2 years. The yard was so overgrown that roof rats were able to easily access the attic and totally take over. The rodents ripped to shreds most of the Air Conditioning Duct work so that cold air was pouring into the attic. The Air Conditioning unit that was previously installed was incredibly inefficient to say the least.

Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning and Heating totally removed all ductwork and not only installed new ductwork - but added more returns and properly configured the whole system so all areas are now equally cooled. Best of all - they installed a Bryant Hi-Efficiency unit that will not only save us much money - but looks like a piece of art. As an added bonus we qualified for a very nice tax rebate.

The professionalism and courteousness of the technicians is exemplary. From the moment they stepped through the door they put down plastic to walk on and whenever they touched walls they wore latex gloves. Every bit of work was carefully planned and executed to perfection. It is a pleasure seeing professionals at work.

Someone should film them working so other Air Conditioning companies can use it to train their employees. Their customer service is the finest in the industry - they do not leave the job until the client is 110% satisfied. I have been honored to work with Sean and his crew over the last 4 years and I'm glad I was finally able to have them install an Air Conditioning System. I know I have the best and I go out of my way to recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality work (and saving money on their electric bill).

After using a couple of different well known companies at my home for A/C work and being dissatisfied with the service and price, I decided to try Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning after hearing their radio commercial.

My air was not cooling well and from the initial phone call to discuss my problem, to the end result I was blown away with the professionalism and service I received. The other companies charged me a diagnostic fee for being there 30 minutes and then another hourly fee on top of that for the remaining time they were there (plus parts fees) to fix the problem.

Sean McCutcheon's only charged me one fee (plus the parts) for a whole hour of service. Turns out it was a bad contactor in the outdoor unit that needed to be replaced and they left my inside and outside unit looking better than it did when they arrived...they actually used my hose and cleaned the unit off outside! AMAZING! I would and will recommend this company to my friends and anyone else who is looking for an a/c company.

I purchased their maintenance program on the spot (something I hesitated to do with the other companies) and just for doing that I got a 15% discount off any calls I need in the future. Call this company, you will be amazed with their staff and service!

Six years and three HVAC companies later, Sean McCutcheon Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. diagnosed and fixed our air conditioning and heating unit with ease. His rep, David, was ultra knowledgeable and very professional.

He had located the problem and had the unit running within 20 minutes of his arrival! That was over six weeks ago and it has performed perfectly since. As a bonus, it appears that our electrical utility cost has decreased at least 15%. I recommend them without exception as the first company to call. You won't need to make that second call because your problem will be solved the first time.

Sean's team looked at our unit after we were told we had no choice but to replace the unit. The technician offered a new unit at about 1/2 of the other companys, but also suggested several options to maintain the existing unit saving us thousands of dollars.

Sean's approach seems to provide honest service providing all options, not just pull and replace the unit. I won't do business with any other air conditioning company.

Unfortunately, I have been duped by a personal acquaintance regarding the repair of my air conditioning unit and learned that fact because of David's honesty and integrity.

Not only was he courteous and professional, he also took the extra time to explain, and show me how the unit was not previously repaired correctly. Because of David's efficiency and thoroughness, my unit is now working as well as it is going to work, given the problems that still exist and need addressing and correcting. The effort and attention to detail you demonstrated was far above the other two bids I received for this home improvement. This same effort was shown by all of the installation crew who worked so hard and quickly over Monday, and Tuesday, of this week.

In particular, the details in the options you offered to me in the proposal, the evaluation of my windows, including the future plans for their improvement, then sizing the system for the highest efficiency was drastically more detailed and professional than your competition.

By your pressure-free approach, including in the addition of much needed additional air returns and necessary ducts, I am now enjoying a comfortable home where I had been uncomfortably warm for a week and a half since the antique unit shut down!

As one who appreciates extreme attention to detail, I witnessed first-hand the crew aligning all aluminum adhesive tape straight, level, and bubble-free. The night of Sept. 6, my new Bryant Air conditioning system stopped running. The digital display showed a fault code " cannot communiate with blower". I called your service desk and quickly received a return call from Mr. Steven Casteel. Steve walked me through the fault isolation steps on the "evolution system display" and suggested the problem my be a "control board". Steve informed me he could not get a new "control board" until the next morning. He then suggested I try re-booting the system to see if we could get the system working util he gets here the next morning. His suggestion worked...

Next day, Steve shows up to check out system and replace the "control board. Steve not only fixed the contol board probem, but he made other adjustments to the installation of the system that corrected a problem I had with water in the drain pan and heavy condensation on the air handlying system. ( See service report Number 21886. )

I cannot overstate how pleased and impressed I am with the knowledge, work ethic and professionalism of young Mr. Steve.... He made me very happly that I chose your company to install and service my new Bryant air system.
