I just wanted to say thank you for getting the install arranged which went well. Sorry if I was a bit over-anxious about the permit thing, but I was burned by a contractor in the past and now overcompensate, plus I'd called after just picking your company blindly from the yellow pages.

I also wanted to commend the team of Ryan, JC, and Michael for being very professional, informative, polite, and neat in their work.
