After using a couple of different well known companies at my home for A/C work and being dissatisfied with the service and price, I decided to try Sean McCutcheon's Air Conditioning after hearing their radio commercial.

My air was not cooling well and from the initial phone call to discuss my problem, to the end result I was blown away with the professionalism and service I received. The other companies charged me a diagnostic fee for being there 30 minutes and then another hourly fee on top of that for the remaining time they were there (plus parts fees) to fix the problem.

Sean McCutcheon's only charged me one fee (plus the parts) for a whole hour of service. Turns out it was a bad contactor in the outdoor unit that needed to be replaced and they left my inside and outside unit looking better than it did when they arrived...they actually used my hose and cleaned the unit off outside! AMAZING! I would and will recommend this company to my friends and anyone else who is looking for an a/c company.

I purchased their maintenance program on the spot (something I hesitated to do with the other companies) and just for doing that I got a 15% discount off any calls I need in the future. Call this company, you will be amazed with their staff and service!
