The night of Sept. 6, my new Bryant Air conditioning system stopped running. The digital display showed a fault code " cannot communiate with blower". I called your service desk and quickly received a return call from Mr. Steven Casteel. Steve walked me through the fault isolation steps on the "evolution system display" and suggested the problem my be a "control board". Steve informed me he could not get a new "control board" until the next morning. He then suggested I try re-booting the system to see if we could get the system working util he gets here the next morning. His suggestion worked...
Next day, Steve shows up to check out system and replace the "control board. Steve not only fixed the control board problem, but he made other adjustments to the installation of the system that corrected a problem I had with water in the drain pan and heavy condensation on the air handling system. ( See service report Number 21886. )
I cannot overstate how pleased and impressed I am with the knowledge, work ethic and professionalism of young Mr. Steve.... He made me very happly that I chose your company to install and service my new Bryant air system.
